What To Wear - Indoor Rock Concert

With all the excitement about outdoor summer music festivals and what to wear to them, I thought I'd devote a post to indoor rock shows. I think many fashion bloggers have done a great job of recommending what to wear to the festivals, and since they've got it covered, I'm turning my attention to what you might wear to a small indoor venue. Since many shows take place at night, that means
